As a strategic marketing consultant based in Hyderabad, India, I help small and medium businesses with marketing and sales strategy optimization by finding the target customer and key buying factors, optimizing sales and marketing to deliver on most important factors, and set the communication strategy to speak to the right audience with the right message.

I help small and medium businesses understand their customers in-depth; through market analysis, market research interviews, and observations, and optimize their products, their marketing strategy, sales process, and communications—the same approach I honed during my corporate career. It is based on these customer derived insights that I guide the business on their communication strategy- be it choosing the right digital marketing platform, content strategy for their social media feeds, writing blogs or articles for their website, or even traditional ATL and BTL strategies.
As a marketing strategist, I have guided electric vehicle retailers with their marketing process, helping strategize their sales process and social media strategy. I am currently working with a household products retailer to develop a marketing strategy aimed at retaining old customers, increasing the customer base, improving customer engagement and optimizing the overall sales and inventory process
